2.1. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • For software: The software must be uninstalled from all devices, and you must provide proof of purchase.

  • For services: The service must not have been fully rendered, and you must provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

2.2. Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • If the refund request is made after the specified refund period has expired.

  • If the product or service has been used in violation of our terms and conditions or for illegal purposes.

  • If the refund request is for reasons unrelated to the quality of the product or service, such as change of mind or personal preference.
